当亚运的圣火再度燃起，

谁曾见，

多少英雄人物出现，

他们强有力地奏出了亚运强音，

留下了，

亚运崇高的精神，

重铸了，

英雄纯真的灵魂。

啊！亚运，你还记得？

1998年，在曼谷，我们的“友谊不分国界”。

2002年，在釜山，我们有“希望与超越”，建设“全新的亚洲”。

2006年，在多哈，我们感受“你生活中的运动会”。

2010年，在广州，我们在“和谐亚洲”中拥有“激情盛会”。

啊！亚运！

正是你教会我紧紧抓住梦想，

因为如果梦想消亡，

生命就像鸟儿折断了翅膀，

再也不会飞翔。

啊！亚运!

正是你让我更加勇敢，

因为如果我能展开我的梦想，

奇迹就会出现在我身边，

梦想就会出现。

正是你让我更加自豪，

因为如果我能相信，

幸运之神就会眷顾我，

我就可以做一些别人不能完成的事。

我们就只有这样一个亚洲，

2010年亚运圣火传延，

千古绝唱还在继续，

成功已经在我们这边，

这里是一座有着悠久历史的古老城市，

这里是一座有着美丽高楼的年轻城市，

这里没有战争，

这里没有隔膜，

这里是广州，

被选为举办亚运的城市。

我们来自不同的国家，

我们拥有不同的方言，

但是……

我们生活在这个和谐的亚洲，

我们就拥有同一个梦想：

我们欢聚，我们分享，我们共赢！

When the flame of the Asia Games kindled again,

Who ever saw,

Numerous heroic figures appeared,

They played the life of Asia Games loudly and forcefully,

And left,

The lofty spirit of the Asia Games;

And cast,

The soul of a multitude of heroic.

2002,in Pusan,we have new vision and new Asia.

2006,in Doha,we can feel the games of your life.

2010,in Guangzhou,we have thrilling games in harmonious Asia.

Let me show you the way,

Here is an old city which has a long history,

Here is a young city which has many beautiful buildings.

Here is no war,

Here is no mutual understanding, 

Here is Guangzhou,

The city which is chosen as the host for the 2010 Asia Games,

We come from different places,

We have different tongues,

But……

 We live in this harmonious Asia，

And we have the same dream:
